LIKE MY MOTHER DOES
Not winning American Idol does not mean that your journey has come to an end. In fact it jus might be the start of an illustrious career for season 10 runner up Lauren Alaina. As winner Scotty releases his sing this week so does Lauren Alaina making her debut with "Like My Mother Does." Lauren Alaina is a country singer and its wheres shes most comfortable but on American Idol she proved that she could sing other types of music and be good at it. Country although is her comfort zone and "Like My Mother Does" is a great introduction for Lauren into the country scene. Its a song that shows Laurens vocals and the song doesn't fall flat like Scottys first single. The song is an ode to her mother and has great meaning as it tells a story like some of the best country songs. Not being a big listener of country music I found myself having this song on repeat, and it looks liek it can be the first of many good songs by the country sweetheart
